CSP, SMS, ASP, OHST, CHST, STS, STSC and CIT candidates must be active certification holders for the past five (5) years by February 15, 2024, for award submissions to be eligible for the respective award.  

Answers should be kept brief and provide concise descriptions of your SH&E-related achievements over the past 5-year period for the CSP, SMS, ASP, OHST, CHST, STS, STSC and CIT. Completed submissions, including endorsements, must be received by February 15, 2025, in order to be eligible.
